September saw First Advantage APAC host three seminars in Australia, China and Singapore titled Meet Your Future Co-workers. EVP & Managing Director Erik Schmit had the opportunity as the key speaker to engage with clients to discuss emerging trends and technologies that have important implications on recruitment and background screening in the future. We also shared our latest innovation that will enhance candidate experience: Profile Advantage™.
BUILDING BETTER PARTNERSHIPS
30 different key clients across the region actively participated in the invite-only event with strong attendance from the BFSI sector. The events were run in response to demand from our clients for First Advantage to share best practice and upcoming trends that will impact their recruitment functions. The feedback from clients was uniformly positive and they look forward to attending future events. We intend to open up these sessions to the wider business community as we build out our partnerships in the First Advantage eco-system. A big thank you to Ashley Beecher, Sr. Vice President from AJINGA who shared his insights on recruitment innovation trends in China, David Guazzarotto VP Australia/NZ from Alight who shared insights on HR transformations and technology adoption in Australia and James Hewitt from IBM Watson who shared insights on AI automation in Singapore.

In this seminar series we also showcased to the audience our latest technology: Profile Advantage™ , a mobile-first background screening solution that candidates can leverage anytime from anywhere.
