2. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with 3 to 5 years of project / client management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and act proactively in a consultative business environment. Able to produce results both independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding relationship management capabilities with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- High level of energy and self-driven initiative.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, intensely deadline driven environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
- Proficient in word processing, presentation, database, email and online software.
3. Responsibilities
- Handling a portfolio of accounts in a vertical industry, and directly interface with client during requirements gathering and perform touch-base calls with client as a measure toward superior client satisfaction. Offer suggestions or alternatives that maximize client satisfaction.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in pre-sale meetings/presentations/site visits in order to assist sales in closing new business and works with team to analyze daily results and make recommendations to client on program enhancements, changes in direction and adjunct service offerings.
- Establish and maintain on-going client relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems
- Provide for development and implementation of business opportunities that leverage existing offerings and drive new revenue services
- Collaborate with the other Functional Group to evaluate project performance and to recommend refinements and improvements of all components of proposals
- Contributes to Business Development strategy development and implementation of that strategy to meet corporate goals
- Responsible for lead generation process
