This Position Reports To: Team Leader
2. Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree/Diploma/STPM
- Enquiring mind and attention for details
- Excellent English
- Very good report writing skills
- Strong ability to work towards conflicting deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
3. Responsibilities:
- Conduct all employment and/or education checks on a timely manner via phone & e-mail
- Keep documentary evidence of all checks
- Liaise with clients for additional candidate details and other queries
- Compile interim and final screening reports
- Report any adverse findings to Team Leader
- Contribute with ideas and suggestions as to how to improve screening procedures
- Any other duties that maybe assigned by the Team Leader
